Bladderwrack Sea Moss Plus

For Teas & Smoothies.

32 ounces of Spring Water.

1/2 Tbsp of Bladderwrack Sea Moss Plus Powder.

1/4  Cup of Agave Syrup.

1 Cup of Watermelon (Seeded).


Using Bladderwrack Sea Moss Plus can provide your body with 92 of 102 minerals that the human is made of. It also eliminates bad breath, dissolves fat and good for the bones and thyroid gland. It is helpful to individuals suffering from pulmonary illnesses, respiratory issues, dysentery.  Bladderwrack Sea Moss Plus also acts as a natural diuretic, it suppresses the appetite regulates bowels and its helpful in the digestive system.






1.   Bring 32 ozs of spring water to a boil.

      Blend 16 ozs of boiled water on low

2,  Add 1/2 tbsp of powder until mixed,

     then add 1/4 cup of agave syrup for taste.

3.  Then add 1 cup of fruit (Water Melon) for

      additional flavor. 

      Then blend on high for 3 -5 minutes. 

4.  Then add the rest of spring water blend on low for 1 to        2 minutes.

5.  Drink (2 - 4) 8 ounce glasses a day.
