Avocado Mix For The Natural Fats
That Our Bodies Needs.
4 - Avocados
1 - Medium Red Onion
3 - 4 Cherry Tomatoes
1 - 2 Key Lime
1/8 Tsp. of Himalayan Salt (Optional)
1/8 Tsp. of Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
1/4 Tsp. of Black Pepper (Optional)
Directions
1. Cut each avocado in half and remove the seed.
Place the halves into a bowl or container large
enough to hold all the ingredients.
2. Then chop up the medium red onion and add them to
the mix.
3. Dice up the cherry tomatoes.
4. Peel the key lime and place into your container.
5. Now use a hand held mixer to combine all the
ingredients.
6. You can also add the other optional items for taste.
